Best price/shipping combo online for these that I've found! : Tights Child Striped
I make institution costumes for people, especially near Halloween, and my most popular organize is a classic Strawberry Shortcake. This year I had so many requests that I decided it was time to invest in accessories to leave me more time to focus on the truly institution parts of the costume rather than spending time production something I can buy for fairly cheap. I shopped around a Lot for green and white striped tights and this was truly the best deal when it came to price and shipping combined. There was maybe one other site that had a best preliminary price but the shipping doubled the cost so it didn't seem worth it, even when buying bulk.
Anyway, these came quickly and in excellent condition as far as I could tell. I didn't open any of them, but simply included them with the costumes I shipped.
